While
quickly reviewing COC’s rules and regulations,
please furnish the following;
You
shall be our honorable guest for 4 days and 4 nights
(Can check–in on 1ST March, afternoon, whereas
the opening ceremony is in the evening) with all boarding
and lodging expenses on the house, however the traveling
expenses to and from Dubai shall be borne by yourself.
This invitation is for any two persons from your company
who shall be privileged for a shared accommodation in
the headquarter hotel and if you desire to accompany
your spouse and wish for an exclusive accommodation,
you may do so on your personal expense. During your
stay all overseas calls; laundries, mini-bar and room
service facilities shall be your own personal expenses.
Please understand that children are not allowed in convention.
