Sharjah and Dubai, then nobody can better be aware than yourself,
the glamour, magic, fun, training and fellowship, a So~Safe
Convention is famous to offer to its delegates, and keeping

a note that January 25, 2005 is the set deadline for finalizing
list of participants in the convention. You are requested
to confirm your participation at your earliest in order to

• Mark the convention (March 1–4, 2005) dates
in your calendar
• Check validity of your passport (Expiry date to be
more than 4 months)
• Immediately send us scanned copies of first two pages
of your passport along with your recent color picture, if
you need a visa to travel to UAE
• Plan your vacations before or after the convention
dates (February – March is the best season for a tourist’s
sojourn)
• Book a seat in your favorite airline for Dubai

Here I may state that you shall be our honorable guest for
four days and four nights and all boarding and lodging expenses
shall be on house, however the traveling expenses to and from
Dubai shall be borne by yourself. This invitation is for two
persons from your company who shall be enjoying a shared accommodation
in the headquarter hotel and if you desire to accompany your
spouse and wish for an exclusive accommodation, you are privileged
to do so on your personal expense.
I

to update you about the contents, arrangements and minute-to-minute
program of our convention and the unbelievable charms and
